6. PAYMENT TERMS Payment for services will be outlined in separate service agreements. Generally: - Payment is due as specified in your service agreement - All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated - Late payments may incur interest charges - We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

7. CONFIDENTIALITY We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any confidential information shared during the course of our engagement will be subject to the terms of a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality provisions in your service agreement.

DISCLAIMERS No Warranties Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Results Not Guaranteed While we strive to provide high-quality consulting and training services, we do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes from the implementation of our recommendations.
